Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if both conditions below are met:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • You received an incorrect item different from what you ordered


IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

Do not submit chargebacks or open disputes with your bank or credit card company. Doing so significantly delays the refund process and negatively impacts our business.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • All other approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee


Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel, email charged.mxx@gmail.com

  • All order cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee


Chargebacks

Any customer who initiates a chargeback on a fulfilled order will forfeit 100% of the order value, regardless of the outcome.
