Order Processing

  • All orders are usually processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holiday

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.


Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Domestic orders: estimated 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless waived under the conditions listed above. Shipping fees are otherwise non-refundable.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

ChargedMX is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, ChargedMX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
