All products are subject to availability. ChargedMX reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, finishes, or images will appear exactly as shown on your device.

3. Orders & Payments

ChargedMX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of our policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ChargedMX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order is marked as delivered, ChargedMX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if eligibility requirements are met
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
A 20% cancellation fee applies to all order cancellations, including pre-orders

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting ChargedMX.

Any chargeback initiated on a fulfilled order will result in forfeiture of 100% of the order value, regardless of outcome. ChargedMX reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with proof of fulfillment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, designs, graphics, and images — is the exclusive property of ChargedMX and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChargedMX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Use of our products is at your own risk. ChargedMX is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or modification of products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChargedMX from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

ChargedMX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
