What You Need

  • Basic hand tools and a stable stand.
  • DOT 4 brake fluid and a motorcycle brake bleed kit.

Install Steps

  1. Place the bike on a stable stand.
  2. If converting to foot brake only, disconnect the stock rear brake line from the handlebar master cylinder. Keep brake fluid off the pads and rotor.
  3. Bolt on the CNC left peg bracket, then mount the foot brake pedal and master cylinder.
  4. Route the included brake hose along the frame to the rear caliper, allowing smooth bends and clearance from heat and moving parts.
  5. Connect the hose to the caliper. Fill and bleed according to the caliper and master cylinder specifications.
  6. Check for leaks, confirm a firm pedal feel, and verify brake operation before riding. Test at low speed in a controlled area.
